Other Details to Note
The third full bathroom is outside of the main house and adjacent to the backyard deck. We have not advertised the backyard besides the deck area and pickleball court because we are still in process of having it landscaped. However, it is fully fenced in and is private and available to you.

The home is a short drive from a group of barrier islands with the closest known to locals as Mad Beach (for Madeira Beach). Meaning it is right next to gorgeous white sandy beaches and all of the water activities of the calm intracoastal waterways. The beach is frequently ranked in the top 20 beaches in the country according to Tripadvisor. The vibe is relaxed and oozes Old Florida charm. The home is situated in a family friendly residential neighborhood and is also only a short 10 minute drive from the county's top tourist attraction, John's Pass Village. Named after a pirate, John Levique, who made the first voyage through the Pass. It is a quaint fishing village with over 50 shops, restaurants, water activity rentals, and tours. Stroll along the boardwalk for a scoop of home-made ice cream, or dine at one of the waterfront restaurants.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard aside from the shed located next to the backyard gate.
