Gene & Sasha’s place was so great. We came over the holiday week and stayed with another family - plenty of room for all of us to gather and also have our own space when needed. The little touches are what set this place apart. The welcome basket, the board games and the beach items make this trip just that much easier and felt like home. The place was super clean. Kids and adults both loved the pickle ball court. It got a lot of use. We have been coming to this area for many many years. You can easily drive to so many wonderful beaches. And the best part of not staying directly on the beach is that it encourages you to check out new spots each day. Publix is right around the corner. Don’t hesitate to book this place - I know we will be back.

Great house. Very clean. Sasha and Gene were quick to respond when we had a slow draining shower and it was fixed within a few hours.
They also checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had a great experience.
The house was perfect for relaxing as well as has a great kitchen for preparing meals.
The pedestrian crossing with flashing lights is right outside the front door and makes getting to the beach very easy.
There is a lot of road noise with being right next to a busy street, but it does calm down at night and did not interfere with our sleep.
Overall a great place to stay during our vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this St. Pete home. The location is perfect—close to everything but still private and peaceful. The private pickleball court was such a fun and unique bonus, and the welcome basket of snacks was a really thoughtful touch. The house was comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as described. Most of all, the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive—truly some of the best we’ve experienced. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Me and my family loved staying at Gene and Sasha's house. It is exactly as described in the listing pics. We had a lot of fun at the Pickleball ball court and the backyard in general. Rooms and beds are very nice and comfortable. We would love to go back!!!

One of my favorite Airbnbs so far! We booked for Thanksgiving week and absolutely loved Gene and Sasha's home. The location is ideal for going to the beach and for walking across the bridge to John's Pass -- surprisingly lots to do within walking distance. Also easy to park a few cars and to drive around Treasure Island and the surrounding areas. We had plenty of space within the house to hang out, have some meals together (including hosting Thanksgiving dinner!), and really feel at home. I have some great memories from our stay and would not hesitate to return next time we're in the area.

Gene and Sasha’s place worked great for our multi-generational stay. The house layout gave everyone just the right mix of privacy and common spaces for socializing. The outdoor space is exceptional. We enjoyed the pickleball court, corn hole and seating area. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but the beach, Publix and Walmart were within a 5 minute car ride away.

We had an amazing stay! It’s a great house and we loved how everything was designed and decorated. The split layout of the rooms is also perfect for a couple of families or groups.
The pickleball court was such a fun addition as well!
Everything was clean and spotless upon arrival and we had no cleanliness issues.
The location was so close to the beach which was great, and not too far of a drive to anywhere else in St. Pete!
We were also so impressed with the quick communication from Gene and Sasha! We booked the stay pretty last minute and they were able to get us checked in quickly, which was so appreciated.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and I can’t wait to book another trip back!

We had a wonderful stay at Gene and Sasha’s place in Treasure Island. The home was beautiful and very clean. Area was within walking distance to a beautiful beach and good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was the perfect spot for girl's weekend. Plenty of space for hanging out and beds for everyone. The proximity to beaches and restaurants is ideal. Five minutes to Publix and Walmart. The basket of snacks and fully stocked coffee bar were a welcome surprise. Highly recommend.
